Nick, born and raised in New Carlisle, Ohio, and Amanda, a lifelong designer and renovator at heart, dreamed of working together for years. After moving to Ohio, they came across an incredible opportunity—a historic building on Main Street in Nick’s hometown. What began as a vision of combining their skills grew into a heartfelt mission: to bring something special to their community.

Transforming the building into Midwest Social wasn’t easy. Over six months of intense renovation—just the two of them, with occasional help from friends and family—Amanda and Nick poured their energy, creativity, and faith into the project. Despite the challenges, their efforts paid off, and Midwest Social was born as a cozy, welcoming space that reflects their hard work and commitment to quality.

Nick brings precision and artistry to Midwest Social’s tattoo services, crafting meaningful designs that tell each client’s unique story. Amanda, with her eye for design and love of creating beauty, oversees the business’s scalp care, hair services, and overall vibe. Together, they’ve built a business that feels like home—a place where guests are treated like family and leave feeling inspired.

Guided by faith, dedication, and a vision for something greater, Amanda and Nick have made Midwest Social a cornerstone of the New Carlisle community. They are grateful every day for the opportunity to work together, give back, and create a space that truly embodies their values and creativity.
